How I Can Help
People come to therapy for two reasons: to alleviate suffering or to understand themselves. Life can be wonderful, but it is also often confusing, painful, and full of paradoxes. Sometimes we know what the problem is but can't seem to solve it. Other times, we simply feel lost, tired, or stuck.
I help you understand what is truly happening in your life, leading to clarity, ease, and a sense of being comfortable in your own skin. My work is to help you turn your questions into answers, and see if circumstances can become a possibility for choice.

My Approach
My work is rooted in the psychoanalytic approach: unconscious processes, dreams, and your unique relational history. When necessary or upon your request, I incorporate art therapy techniques, which are excellent for progressing in therapy, helping to find and express what is currently hard to put into words.

Person-Centered
I respect the complexity of the human personality. I do not aim to simplify your experience into a template.

Evidence-Based
I rely on the latest of clinical psychology and senior expertise. I supervise with the best in the field and continuously refine my practice.

Vitality
Therapy doesnβt always have to be heavy. I sincerely value vitality, spontaneity, and humor in my dialogue.

You don't need a clearly defined goal. I can help you clarify your thoughts and navigate the process of discovery.
Consultation is typically focused on a specific life situation or a short-term goal. Psychotherapy is a deeper, long-term commitment aimed at understanding the roots of your internal patterns and achieving lasting structural change.
The duration is unique to every individual. While a few sessions can provide initial clarity, deep psychoanalytic work usually requires a longer commitment to reach the "core" of the issue.
The first session requires full prepayment to confirm the booking; subsequent sessions are paid on the day of the meeting. I will send you a payment link once we have scheduled our appointment.
Consistency is vital to the process. You can reschedule or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are charged at the full rate.
