Therapy is a collaborative process between you and your therapist. During sessions, you'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, confidential environment. Together, we'll work toward your goals and develop strategies for lasting change.
Each session typically lasts 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs, usually weekly or bi-weekly.
Yes! Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for many concerns. It also offers greater flexibility and accessibility.
The number of sessions varies for each person. Some clients benefit from short-term work (6-12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term therapy. We'll discuss your goals and adjust as needed.
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Everything discussed in sessions remains private, with very few legal exceptions which I will explain at the start of our work together.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
A session costs €50. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Payment details will be shared when you book your first appointment.
